What is the Standard Occupancy for the apartments?

Standard Occupancy: 1 bedroom = 2 persons; 2 bedroom = 4 persons; 3 bedroom = 6 persons; 4 bedroom = 8 persons; One extra adult/child per apartment can be accommodated on a roll-away or sofa bed. Extra person charges apply. Children under 2 are free except when requiring any additional bedding.

What are your Office Hours?

Office Hours: 8 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sundays and Public Holidays.

What is your Check In / Check Out Time?

Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. Half daily rate applies for late check-out till 12:00 pm, the full daily rate applies for later check-outs.

Transfers, Rentals & Reservations

Our reservations desk can recommend airport transfers, assist with your car rental and provide complimentary bookings to theme parks, tours and entertainment.

Apartment Furnishings & Decor

As all the apartments are individually owned and furnished, the images displayed on this website may not necessarily correspond with the apartment you are allocated. However, all apartments are of a similar standard to those shown in the web page photos.

What is the car parking height restriction?

Our car parking is basement car park, the Max Height is 2.1 Meter, one car space is allocated for each apartment.

How much are your Deposits & Payments?

For confirmation of bookings we will need a deposit of $350.00 (Low/Mid Season) or $500.00(High Season).

This can be paid by Master card, Visa or Amex (surcharge of 3%), or by direct transfer
Balance of account should be paid based on your confirmation letter

What is your Booking Cancellation & Refund Policies?

Cancellation Policy (Low Season):

If the booking is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.00. If however the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date there will be NO refund. In the event of an early departure during your stay, we regret that there is NO refund.

Cancellation Policy (High Season):

If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.00. If however the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the arrival date there will be NO refund. In the event of an early departure during your stay, we regret that there is NO refund.
All cancellations will incur an administration fee of $50.00 per room
Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A 3% SURCHARGE FOR AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Copy of ID and credit card pre-authority of $300 or $500 cash is required on check in.
